The word "grandmother" is very cozy, soft, warm and homely ... But, imagine, all grandmothers were once young. They ran to dances and fell in love, received flowers and compliments, thumbed through fashion magazines and posed in front of old cameras in their most beautiful outfits. Have you seen pictures of your grandmother in your youth? Admired her beauty, sparkle in her eyes, fervent smile? And if you belong to the beautiful half of humanity, then, what is wrong to conceal, mentally try on these hats-beads-brooch-bows of the past ....

Granddaughters and grandchildren were able not only to talk about his grandmother in his youth, but also to show her portraits and preserved cute little things. Forty-five participants in the exhibition project provided stories, photographs of their grandmothers, and they became part of the exhibition "My Young Grandmother" in the project "Museum Night-2012". Thanks to them, the guests of the museum have felt the inviting and unique charm of old - and not very -.
At some point we realized that together with the visitors who became our co-authors, created a parallel museum exposition, which is very pitiful to lose. That's when it was decided to create a virtual museum "My young grandmother", especially as our experience has shown, this topic really worries grandsons of different ages.
