Head of the National Police Sergey Knyazev said in his Twitter about the detention of persons who committed in the beginning of August an attempt on Odessa activists of journalist Grigory Kozma and head of the "Narodny Rukh" Odessa Mikhail Kuzakonya.
«Дякую кримінальній поліції за серію розкритих злочинів. Сьогодні в Одесі затримали зловмисників, які намагалися скоїти убив активістів. 2 serpnja chyogo rock zlomisniki organizuvali naїz wandering on the car, yakomu perebuvali Grigoriy Kozma and Mihailo Kuzakon, "writes the head of the National Police.
In turn, Grigory Kozma writes in his Facebook: "The detention of three, it's not bad, but we all realize that these people - performers. Law enforcers reported to the media about the detention of three persons from among those who participated in the attempt on me and Mikhailo Kuzakon. These (not) people turned out to be firearms and all the attributes of the group of "liquidators".
While the mediators (!) And the customer (!) At large - the threat is not eliminated ".
As previously reported in the media, on August 2 at about 10:40 in the village Chervonyi farm in Odessa, a truck at high speed crashed into a Toyota car, which stood on the sidelines. In the car there was an activist Grigory Kozma and the head of the Odessa city organization of the "National Rukh of Ukraine" Mikhail Kuzakon. As a result of the collision, no one was hurt. The truck driver disappeared from the scene.
Козьма has told, that after the truck has crashed into its car, it has jumped out of the car and has opened shooting on the attackers from the traumatic weapon because of what they were retired. Kuzakon and Kozma connect the incident with their social and political activities, in particular, an active investigation of corruption schemes, which may involve power structures.
Recently, Kozma and Kuzakonu, as already reported, were given protection by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. I wonder if it could have spurred the National Police to take active measures, or is it just a coincidence?.
