On Monday, August 20, activists of the organizations "RSL", "Avtomaydan" and "Self Defense Maidana" held a protest near the walls of the National Bureau of Police at Bunin Street in Odessa. The reason for the action, according to the head of the RSL Mark Gordienko, was illegal actions against two activists who photographed the car Porsche Cayenne, which was attended by the head of the Odessa department of the DVB of Ukraine, Dmitry Martynyonok.

On his Facebook page Mark Gordienko writes: "The head of the World Bank Martynenok in narrow circles is considered a dangerous scumbag, with whom no one wanted to get involved. On Saturdays this guy comes to work on a modest Porsche Kaen, demonstrating to everyone that he is untouchable in Odessa and he does not care at all. When two guys, one of them Syabr, a Belarusian volunteer from 2015 to 2018, who first won the attack aircraft and then the sniper in the volunteer battalions of the PS and Aratta, the second is just a minor fellow his friend, so when Syabr decided to take such a beautiful car. So Syabra and a minor boy were dragged to the WB premises, beaten, choked and threatened. For what they shot as Martynok sits down in Porsche Kaen ".

According to the media, the car Porsche Cayenne is not declared by Martynenok. The RSL has a long-standing claim to the UVB NP. Activists accuse the UVB of exceeding authority and "covering up" the criminal, in particular, the security company "Samson", which activists consider a criminal grouping.

Contrary to fears, the action ended quite peacefully.

According to the Odessa online edition, the protesters were listened to by the chief detective inspector of the internal security department of the national police of Ukraine, Alexander Ustimenko, who came from Kiev to investigate the incident with the activist. After the rally, Gordienko, the leader of one of the "Avtomaydans" Evgeny Rezvoshkin and the injured activist entered the building of the Odessa Internal Security Administration for a more constructive dialogue. The activists were pleased with his result.
