The American diplomatic mission in Kiev called for resolving the conflict between the Supreme Qualifications Commission of Judges and the Public Council of Integrity.

The US Embassy in Ukraine called the cooperation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges (WCCC) and the Public Council for Integrity (OHS) "an indispensable condition for successful judicial reform". The corresponding statement is published in the Twitter account of the diplomatic mission.

As noted in the embassy, ??the SDO plays "a decisive role foreseen by law in the process of selecting judges".

On March 25, 2018, the Public Council for Integrity announced the termination of its participation in the process of re-attestation of judges. The public explained their step by disagreeing with the actions of the WCCC, which, they said, "suits judges a pseudo-test of their professional level and integrity".
