Ukraine can fulfill the terms of the program of financing from the International Monetary Fund in April this year.

This was announced today during the briefing by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Oleksandr Danilyuk.

The Minister explained that for today, the main requirements of the fund are the creation of the Anti-Corruption Court and the reform of the energy sector of the Ukrainian economy. "We need to finalize on two key issues: on the energy reform, as well as on the Anti-Corruption Court ... I said that in April we can meet the conditions ... For us, the key is to find a common position with the IMF," stressed Danilyuk.

He also spoke about the results of the visit of the group of experts of the fund and recalled the timing of the end of the funding program. "Last week there was a technical mission that worked on several unresolved issues ...

Now the work continues, that is, the mission has already returned to Washington, and we continue to work on these issues, that is, we really helped this visit to advance, but I recall that the program ends in April next year, that is, more than a year remains and our desire is to successfully complete this program, by the way, for the first time in the history of Ukraine, "said Danilyuk. Recall, the International Monetary Fund insists on the immediate consideration by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the bill on the anti-corruption court.
