The worst thing in the whole history with the sale of Odessa is the complete indifference to this majority of the city's residents. I want to say a blasphemous thought: Odessa is doomed to die!.

This happened in the 90's with industry in the city. In Ukraine, a model of privatization was chosen for the director's corps. I wrote back then that it was insanity. As a result, the industry in Odessa turned into real estate objects that were managed, and then owned by former directors. The lion's share of equipment and machines was not even stolen, but simply destroyed. As if the army of the barbarians had seized the city.

I am sure that this would not be if the industry would simply sell. That is, the chosen model of privatization has led to the complete disappearance of industry. There never appeared owners who would protect their rights. And without the owners all died.

Now in Odessa is the process of destroying the city. The main reason is not at all a vile city council. He is a consequence. If people vote for "buckwheat", then they have what they have. By and large, 99 percent of Odessa residents do not care what will be. They believe that everything around the "collective farm". What can we talk about? Those who spent money on the election campaign want to return their funds. Is it not obvious that they are right?.

I am deeply convinced that if you initially began to SELL Odessa according to clear and understandable rules, it would be a hundred times better than now. Similarly, with the coast: if several wealthy investors came and, in violation of the current legislation, built large resorts, then I do not know how they would go to Odessa, but the city would be a powerful impetus in the sphere of tourism. And now our coast is an anti-tourism tourism. And still, in fact, in fact, sold. But everything is sold by theft, by turning from goods into shit.

Odessa, as a mythical city, a legendary city, a city-tourist paradise of the current pseudo "investors" does not interest. And there is nothing surprising in this - they have no place on this holiday of life, and they will not arrange it. And the owners of Odessa citizens who are interested in this - we do not have. We have collective farmers, who can be accrued on a workday, and may not accrue.

I see the only way to save the remnants, if they can still be saved, is to seek a guarantee of the rights of owners in this city. The rights of apartment owners, the rights of AJOAH, the rights of homeowners. If the owner does not appear in the city, he will simply die, as the Odessa industry in the 1990s.
