The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption began to destroy documents that could be evidence of illegal activities of employees, while the National Anti-Corruption Bureau awaits permission from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to conduct investigative actions in the case of abuses in the NAPK. According to the publication, while the detectives of NABU have established that the so-called "curator of NAPK" in the Presidential Administration is the first deputy head of the Main Department of Strategic Planning and Operational Support of the AP Alexei Goraschenkov, who gave instructions to the agency's employees through the WhatsApp application.

In particular, detectives in the criminal proceedings, on the application of Anna Solomatina, were given access to her phone number. In correspondence with workers of the NAPK Goraschenkov gave instructions on the checks of electronic declarations. This correspondence lasted until Solomatina's personal meetings with the "curator of the NAPK" at Bankova, during which she refused to cooperate.

After the second meeting of Solomatina and the "curator", which took place in the AP in the 20-th of September, in the NAPK there were certain changes. So, September 25, Natalia Korchak issued a series of orders in which Solomatina's department, in fact, submitted to the head of another department, Alexander Pisarenko. The latter was also introduced into a number of commissions that exist in NAPC. Thus, Pisarenko was able to control all the actions of the NAPC.
