The operation of the security forces in the north of Rakhine State is accompanied by massacres, torture and sexual violence. The military is destroying whole villages where Rohinj lived: according to satellite data, about 200 villages. "There are reports that the territory near the border of Bangladesh is mined and those who try to escape from violence, including children, are killed and mutilated. They say that during the propaganda of the representatives of the Rohinj people, they compare it with insect pests, "said Darusman. The Chairman of the Mission said that he and his colleagues would like to see for themselves what is happening in Myanmar, but they are not allowed into the country.

Marzuki Darusman noted two points in the speech of State Councilor Aung San Suu Kyi.
