9 September at 19. 00 in the jazz club "Perron №7" (ul. Small Arnautskaya, 56) will host a concert of the famous vibraphist Dimitris Angelakis as part of the international quartet of Ukrainian and Greek musicians.

Dimitris Angelakis (p. 1983 g. , Thessaloniki, Greece) - one of the rare masters of such an unusual instrument as a vibraphone. For more than ten years of history, his work has passed many transformations. The musician has six albums in various bands and duets with leading representatives of the European music scene. Today, Angelakis' jazz vibraphone is a desirable point of the festival program around the world.

The concert in Odessa will be part of the Ukrainian tour of the international project of Dimitris Angelakis and the Ukrainian-Canadian saxophonist Bogdan Humeniuk. Their cooperation began in the USA, at the University of Philadelphia, and continued with joint performances in North America and Europe. This time the project will be joined by the famous Greek drummer Dimitris Klonis and leading Kiev double bassist Christina Kirik.

The concert will be preceded by a master class for young musicians from the participants of the quartet, which will be held on September 9 at 12. 00 at the Odessa National Academy of Music named after A. Nezhdanova (ul. Novoselsky, 63).
