Deputies of the Odessa City Council during the July 26 session approved a program to provide employees of budgetary institutions in Odessa with affordable housing in 2017-2018.
According to the text of the program, it is about creating an opportunity to improve housing conditions for those workers in the public sector (including doctors, teachers,. ), Who need such an improvement and are on the appropriate account. Apartments budget employees are supposed to provide in specially built for this apartment buildings. Build these houses will be commercial construction companies at their own expense, and then sell apartments in the constructed buildings. At the same time, such developers will be exempted from paying a contribution for equity participation in infrastructure development, which other construction companies must pay. Also, the city will provide these developers with free production of design estimates. This should allow to reduce the final cost of housing: the border cost of 1 square meter should not exceed 12 500 hryvnia.
Participants in the program (employees of budget organizations) will buy these apartments from developers, but the mayor's office plans to provide them with some benefits - in particular, to pay 30% of mortgage loans, which they will take to buy such a house in the bank "Arcade". According to the calculations of the mayor's office, this will allow budget-holders to move into an apartment with an area of ??about 34 meters, paying a loan of about 3 thousand hryvnia per month.
Total for the implementation of the program from the city budget is planned to spend 7 million 200 thousand hryvnia, of which 200 thousand is planned to spend on the development of design estimates, 4 million 700 thousand hryvnia - to compensate for loans, and 2 million 300 thousand - to create infrastructure and improvement Territories around new homes.
In total, within the program in 2017-2018, it is planned to put into operation 1620 square meters of housing.
