The law will be promulgated tomorrow in the official publication "Voice of Ukraine".

President Petro Poroshenko signed a law on the abolition of penalties for victims of cyber attacks. This was reported by the head of the parliamentary committee on tax and customs policy, MP from People's Republic of China Nina Yuzhanina.

"The President signed the Law of Ukraine of 13. 07. 2017 g. №2143-VIII in "On Amendments to subsection 10 of Section XX of the Tax Code of Ukraine (regarding the non-application of penalties for late registration of tax and excise bills due to unauthorized interference in the work of computer networks of taxpayers)," she wrote.



Yuzhanin added that this law comes into force on the day following the day of its publication. The law will be published on July 25, 2017 in the official publication "The Voice of Ukraine".
