In Ukraine there were 3D tours of seven open-air museums

Thanks to 360-degree panoramas, you can stroll through the museums, explore the surroundings and look inside the houses.

In Ukraine, they created 3D tours of seven open-air museums from different regions of the country, including the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life Pirogovo, as well as Mamaeva Sloboda,. Now everyone can see the interior of old houses for free, having come to the site "Museums of Ukraine under the open sky".

"3D tours to museums in the open air represent the history of life in different regions of Ukraine, including unique collections of ethnographic and architectural objects from all regions of Ukraine, dated XV-XIX centuries. The list of open-air museums within the project includes: the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine (Pirogovo), the Museum of Folk Architecture and Life in Lviv "Shevchenko Hai" (Lviv), the Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of the Middle Dnieper (Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky), Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life (Uzhgorod), Center for Ethnology "Mamaeva Sloboda" (Kiev), Zaporizhzhya Sich - National Reserve "Khortitsa" (Zaporozhye), Residence Bogdan Khmelnitsky (Chigirin). The project is part of the campaign "Authentic Ukraine". The list of museums will gradually be filled, "- explained to us in Google Ukraine.

The company also explained that in order to start a virtual journey, one should choose one of seven museums on the map, and with convenient navigation and voice guidance in three languages ??- Ukrainian, Russian and English - you can learn interesting facts about the history of Ukrainian culture. Thanks to 360-degree panoramas, you can not only walk through museums and explore the surroundings, but also look inside the houses and get acquainted with museum expositions.

3D tours of all museums are also available in Street View on Google Maps.

Recall that in the second half of July, at once 17 museums in Kyiv will hold open days for visitors.
