The pilot inspection campaign "to overcome undeclared work" began in Odessa and the region, - the information department of the Odessa City Council.
The inspection was initiated by the International Labor Organization in cooperation with the State Service of Ukraine for Labor. The objectives of the pilot campaign is to "identify undeclared work, identify the causes of the spread of this phenomenon and the withdrawal of informal employment from the shadow economy".
During June - August, experts of the Main Directorate of the Gostrud in the Odessa region within the framework of the pilot campaign conduct explanatory work among employers and employees of Odessa and the region on the issues of registration of labor relations, the advantages of official employment and the negative consequences of undeclared work.
In carrying out the information block, employers and employees can voluntarily declare employment relationships in the relevant bodies.
