"One of them is the adjoining of the Odessa basin, where the depth is more than 20 meters close enough from the shore. At a depth below 10 meters there is a layer of temperature jump, at the bottom there is a temperature of about 8-9 degrees at this time and when strong winds are blowing from the shore, recent warm water is dispersed from the shore and cold water takes its place , Which comes from great depths. It should be noted that both specialists stressed that the summer came late, in June there was quite cool weather, which also affected the temperature of the sea water.

According to experts, as soon as strong winds stop and stable hot weather begins, the upper layer of water will warm up quickly enough and the temperature of sea water should reach 20 degrees. This may happen within a week.
