Ukrainians promise cheap air tickets

Mininfrastruktury reduced the airport fees in "Borispol".

Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine reduced airport fees for passenger service at the airport "Borispol".

The order is published in the Official Gazette No. 48 of June 20.

This was announced by the Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan on his Facebook page.

"In the Official Gazette No. 48 of 20. 06. 17 grams. The order of the Ministry of Infrastructure on approval of changes in airport fees for servicing aircraft and passengers in the state enterprise "MA Boryspil" was published,.

According to the minister, this order provides for reduction of fees, substantial discounts for all airlines for new flights to new airports.



"This is the stimulation of the growth of air transportation, free competition, and for passengers - cheap tickets, a large selection and convenient air travel," - wrote Omelyan.

Recall, the airport "Borispol" intends this year to serve 10 million passengers, which is 20% more than in 2016, and by 2032 to increase this figure by 4.7 times - to 40 million people.

Boryspil International Airport is a state-owned enterprise that provides 55% of air transportation in Ukraine.
