An audit was carried out and it was established that at the moment the plant is ready to use and conduct oil refining, - said Zhuchenko.
According to him, after the transition of the refinery to the ownership of the Cabinet of Ministers, the contract on transferring the enterprise to the temporary management of the company "Ukrtransnefteprodukt", which the former management of the plant considers a raider seizure, was terminated.
