"As part of the deal with the investigation, the district court of Odessa passed a verdict on the special confiscation of the integral property complex of the Odessa Refinery as an instrument of the crime of the criminal organization Kurchenko," Lutsenko wrote.

The Odessa refinery passed into the ownership of the state in the person of the Cabinet of Ministers, he added..
