The court decided not to withdraw from Nasirov 100 million UAH

Kyiv's Solomensky District Court rejected a petition filed by detectives from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) to recover a pledge made for the detached head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov in the amount of UAH 100 million to the budget due to the fact that the latter Did not pass a British passport. This decision is not subject to appeal. After the court session Nasirov again stressed that he does not intend to hide from the investigation and go abroad. He again noted that he was waiting for the speedy transfer of his case to the court to prove his innocence. As reported, the detectives of NABU announced suspicion of committing a crime to the head of the GFS on March 2 in the evening, after which he was detained in the hospital "Feofaniya". He is suspected of having committed a crime. 2 items. 364 (abuse of official position, which entailed grave consequences) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. On March 7 Solomensky District Court of Kyiv elected Nasirov a preventive measure in the form of custody for a period of 60 days with an alternative pledge in the amount of UAH 100 million. At the same time, SAP asked the court to appoint Nasirov bail in the amount of 2 billion UAH.

On March 16 in SAP reported that for Nasirov his wife made a pledge of 100 million UAH. On May 30, NABU decided not to leave Nasirov abroad. June 2, it became known that Solomensky District Court of Kiev refused to R. Nasirov in the revision of his preventive measures. Detectives of NABU and SAP prosecutors initiated a petition for collecting a pledge in the amount of UAH 100 million in state revenue due to the fact that Nasirov did not pass the British passport.
