The State Property Fund put up for sale the sports recreation center "Portovik". It is located on the picturesque shore of Lake Yalpug. The price is only UAH 3.7 million for almost 5 hectares.

This is reported by the correspondent of the Ukrainian Information Service with reference to the press center of the Odessa RO Fund of State Property.

The state intends to transfer to private hands the sports recreation center "Portovik". It is located in the village of Ozernoe, which is 28 km from Ismail, on the eastern shore of Lake Yalpug. Previously, the base was used by employees of the Izmail Sea Commercial Port. Its area is more than 4 hectares.

On the territory of "Portovik" there are three sleeping buildings, 5 houses, a boat hangar, a billiard room with a shooting gallery, an aviary for birds, 11 arbours and other household and administrative buildings.

The initial price of the sports base at the auction is UAH 3.7 million.

The State Property Fund puts forward only one condition for the future owner of the base - to maintain the profile and work of the base for 5 years, including for the rehabilitation of children.

The auction will be held on July 14, 2017. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until July 6.
