May 30 at Kanatnaya solemn opening of the Odessa detached unit of the institution "Center for the development of local government".

In Ukraine, the center has existed for two years, it helps the territorial communities in carrying out reforms. Now access to his services appeared in Odessa.

"The reform of decentralization enables all local governments to feel the budget replenishment.

It gives an opportunity to get more and more powers from the center and place them on the ground and allows residents to feel the improvement of social standards, "said the chairman of the Odessa regional council Anatoly Urbansky.

For three months with the help of the Center in the Odessa region it is planned to create three more territorial communities. It also provides training for communities on examples of how decentralization has taken place in other countries.

We will add that the opening of the Center took place within the framework of the strategic plan of the Governor Maxim Stepanov for the development of the region "Smart Region" with international support.
