The three-year-old boy fell out of the tractor and died in the intensive care unit of the Saratovskiy district hospital in the Odessa region. This was reported by the press service of the regional police.
On May 21, the police were informed that a young boy was taken to the hospital with a closed head injury, he was placed in intensive care, but died the next day.
As the investigators found out, the boy went to work with his father. The child for some time remained in the tractor unattended and for unknown reasons dropped out of the vehicle, which began to move unexpectedly.
On this fact, criminal proceedings were opened on. 1 st. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Violation of the rules of road safety or the operation of vehicles by persons who drive vehicles".
Appointed a number of examinations, pre-trial investigation continues.
