Only one out of a hundred labor migrants from Ukraine find employment abroad through official intermediaries, observing all the requirements of the country where they are looking for work.
This was told by Deputy Chairman of the State Employment Service Sergei Kravchenko, according to Ukrinform.
"We have a problem of illegal labor migration - only one percent of Ukrainians are employed abroad through official intermediaries," Kravchenko said..
According to him, therefore, the State Employment Service started the project of informing people about employment abroad through the Association of Labor Migrants.
Its purpose is to convey that in order to protect its rights in the EU countries it is necessary to have an agreement with the employer and insurance.
In addition, Kravchenko notes that the demand for employment in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and other neighboring countries is so high that travel agencies have started offering employment services abroad.
Recall, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine noted that the visa-free regime with the EU will not provide the right to economic, commercial activities, employment or work under contract in the Schengen countries.
