The draft pension reform, developed by the Cabinet, involves an increase in the rate of the Single Social Contribution (ERU) for enterprises with hazardous working conditions.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine with reference to the head of the ministry Andrei Reva.

According to him, the government is not going to reconsider the size of the single social dimension in the direction of increase in the implementation of the pension reform. Exceptions are only enterprises with harmful working conditions. The rate for them can increase by 7-15 percentage points.

"There is a written agreement with employers and trade unions to increase the size of the ERU rate for enterprises with hazardous working conditions. This step will stimulate employers to modernize production and provide the proper working conditions for their employees. In addition, an increase in the rate will become a resource for early retirement of such employees, "- said in this regard, Andrei Reva.

Recall that at present the ERU rate is 22%.
