It's just spiritual laws and nothing more.. You will say what to say and advise well, but in real life everything is very difficult. But, if possible, we should try to live spiritually, with God, to do to others, how would you like to be treated with you, to control your emotions and feelings, to act wisely. It is impossible to be absolutely honest and fair, but we can and should strive for this. They also say that the people receive the ruler whom he deserves, so, probably, the worker is worthy of that boss who is at the moment. Everything that happens in our lives is not accidental and not in vain, especially important moments of our life. Through such a superior, the Lord "grinds" our character, our imperfections.
