The police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of an auto rally with Soviet flags, which took place on May 9 in the village of Kuchurgan, Razdelniansky district, Odessa region. About this on his page in Facebook, wrote an adviser to the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak.

He said that he received personal appeals from some citizens about demonstrative violations of the Law on decommunization and public demonstration of Soviet symbols that took place in Kuchurgany.

Two criminal proceedings were opened on the grounds stipulated by Art.. 436 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Propaganda of war".

Investigative actions are being conducted, it is also likely that there will be an appropriate conversation with the leadership of the Razdelniansky police department.
