In the city of Dneprov police detained 15 people because of the possible involvement in the mass brawl that broke out on Victory Day over Nazism. In the course of the clashes, injuries were received by 14 people, including 8 participants in actions and 6 law enforcers.
The city police reported that there were two incidents: one because of the red flags of the Socialist Party, the excessive number of which the activists did not like in the column, and the second - during the "Opposition block".
In turn, the Dnipro Dnepropetrovsk newspaper reports that the mass brawl began after official celebrations at the Monument of Glory.
"When the representatives of the Socialist Party reached the alley, it turned out that they have more red flags than even people. The road to the column was blocked by a few, but resolute, truthful veterans-participants in the war in the East who, without analyzing the party flags or Soviet flags, demanded to remove the "red rags," the newspaper writes, adding that the police decided to push the veterans of the ATU.
During the clash 11 people were injured, and two people were taken by the ambulance,. "Dnepropetrovsk" writes that the witnesses note that the brawl with ATUvtsi was started by unknown guys of sport build, who before that were guarded by the agitation tents of the "Opposition block" and had orange marks on their chests.
Meanwhile, the National Police in the Dnieper also reports that law enforcement officers near the Monument of Glory seized 3 traumatic and 1 gas pistols, 4 knives, a gas can, an awl, a nail and other items. One guy tried to carry a gas canister "Teren-4". He was detained and taken to the station.

This state holiday appeared as a result of the adoption on April 9, 2015 by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. This year it has already been noted by cases of collisions.
