On May 9, Odessa law-enforcers detained and delivered to the police department a 79-year-old pensioner dressed in a T-shirt with the inscription "USSR". This was reported in the communication department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Odessa region.

On this fact verification is carried out.

Earlier, police officers detained a 30-year-old man who tried to bring to the Alley of Glory leaflets with provocative symbols.

Also, the police reported that about ten other citizens tried to bring to the Alley of Fame forbidden items. Law enforcers seized them. Owners will be able to get things after leaving the territory on which the temporary regime restrictions apply.

Recall that you can get to the Walk of Fame only through the filtration checkpoint, where the police make sure that dangerous objects do not fly through.
