The restoration of power supply to the DFS was reported in the press service of the Ministry for Temporary Occupied Territories and internally displaced persons. In particular, a message about this appeared on the official page of the department on Twitter.

"Electrosupply of the Donetsk filtering station was restored," reads the message.

Also in the department today it was reported that electric power supply of Avdeevka will be carried out on a new power transmission line, which will be launched on May 9.

Power supply of Avdeevka and Donetsk filtering station is regularly violated because of shelling of militants. On May 2, the head of the Donetsk Regional Administration Pavel Zhebrivsky said that the Donetsk filtering station was again without electricity.

Earlier, on April 28, Avdeevka was switched for the first time to a new power supply line, which comes from the Ocheretino village of the Yasinovat district of the Donetsk region. The power supply of the city is carried out in a test mode.
