From today, the test of students of the 4th grade in reading and math started.

The results of the study of the Ministry of Education will not be published, according to them they will not evaluate the level of individual classes or schools.

Such tasks will be conducted to monitor the quality of primary education in Ukraine.

44 schools from 9 regions of Ukraine will check up to May 19. The second phase of the audit will be held in October.

Schoolchildren in the proposed texts should find certain information, analyze it and answer questions to the texts.

Testing in mathematics will be aimed at testing the knowledge and skills of students in solving problems on such topics as "Numbers and Expressions", "Geometric figures", "Values ??and their dimensions", "Data representation". Each student will work with a workbook, where the camp will record the answers.

"The result of innovations, as well as new trends in the education system, should be monitored and adjusted to provide students with a better level of quality of education. Only in this way it is possible to achieve really positive changes in the education system, "says Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Pavel Khobzey.

Prison tests will be used to monitor primary education. In the spring of 2018, for the first time, the Ukrainian Center for the Assessment of the Quality of Education. Further research will also be conducted in 2020, 2022 and 2024.
