In Zhytomyr, members of the banned in Ukraine "Communist Party" staged in honor of May 1 the action "No tariff genocide!". Demonstrators gathered in the city square Sobornaya, reports "Zhitomir Info".

For the share, which lasted more than two hours, came a little more than a hundred people. The protesters held flags and posters with the inscriptions "Ukrainians Ukrainian gas at cost", "Stop genocide of the people" and the calls "Stop political repressions".

At the same time, some of them did not fully understand where they were and what they support. "I was given a poster - I'm holding it," one of the participants of the protest.

The action was also attended by the leader of the banned in Ukraine "Communist Party" Petro Symonenko.

The action was watched not only by law enforcers, but also by pro-Ukrainian activists and deputies from VO "Svoboda". "Svobodovets", a deputy of the Zhytomyr City Council Oleg Chernyakhovich could not stand the performance of the "Communists" and was going to turn off the sound in the columns, because of which the scuffle began.

Earlier in the Security Service reported that in early May, provocative pro-Russian actions are not ruled out in Kharkov, Kherson and Nikolayev regions.

In Nikolaev, in connection with the threat of terrorist attacks, the mayor's office banned the holding of any mass events on May 1 and 2.

During the May holidays, the Odessa police moved to a strengthened mode of operation. On the night of Monday, more than two thousand law enforcers went on patrolling the city.
