Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in the evening on Thursday, April 27, came to the Kiev Regional Council to conduct a search of its chairman Anna Starikova.

As Ukrainian Pravda reports referring to its own sources in the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Starikova closed herself in the reception room. About 15 deputies from the "Fatherland" tried to break into the office of the chairman of the regional council, but the way they blocked the SBU.

The interlocutor specified that searches are related to the activities of the council, although he does not know with what exactly.

Roman Tytkalo, the chairman of the Regulatory Commission of the Regional Council, in turn, linked the searches of Starikova with detention while receiving a bribe from MP Maxim Zapaskin.
