The specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office conducts an investigation of more than 30 cases concerning the likely illegal enrichment of the country's top officials, the head of SAP, Nazar Kholodnitsky.
All pre-trial investigations of criminal proceedings are initiated on the facts of verifications of electronic declarations of high-ranking officials.
"Now at the stage of pre-trial investigation there are 39 factories on the facts of possible illegal enrichment revealed during the monitoring of declarations of top officials," Kholodnitsky wrote on his Facebook page.
Recall that on April 25, the leader of the parliamentary faction of the "Radical Party" Oleg Lyashko for four hours was interrogated in the NABU as a witness in the criminal proceedings on his possible illegal enrichment.
Previously, the media reported that over the past year, the leader of the Radical Party, Oleg Lyashko and his actual wife Rosita Sairanen bought real estate for about 20 million hryvnia, officially not having business at their disposal. The leader of the RPL, at the same time, may be involved in the tender fraud in the purchase of public funds from fire equipment.
On the morning of April 27, the leader of the Radical Party, Oleg Lyashko, again came to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office for interrogation, and stated that he was absolutely convinced of his innocence.
