The court extended the measure of restraint to Nasirov for two months

Solomensky District Court of Kyiv extended for two months (until June 26) a measure of restraint to the head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, suspended for the duration of the investigation, in the form of custody with an alternative to a pledge.

The decision was read out by the presiding judge Victoria Kitsyuk.



At the same time, Nasirova was ordered to wear an electronic bracelet and give documents that allow him to leave the country. He must also inform detectives, prosecutors or courts about changing his place of residence, come to the relevant structures on demand and refrain from communicating with witnesses.

Solomensky district court of Kiev on the morning of April 27 resumed consideration of the petition of the investigation regarding the continuation of the measure of restraint to the dismissed head of the GFS, Roman Nasirov.
