Deputies of the Odessa City Council gave the go-ahead for the development of a detailed plan for the territory within the Black Sea Cossacks, the Baltic Road, the Yarmarochnaya Square.

This detailed plan, the head of the architectural and construction commission Nikolai Kriklivy called "social".
The key moment is the construction of an overpass that will connect the street of the Black Sea Cossacks and the Baltic road. The idea is to improve the transport connection with the village of Bolshevik, which can be accessed today only through a railway crossing to the 7th Peresypskaya or by the Bypass road.
The construction of the overpass will allow cars from the Black Sea Cossacks' streets to enter the Baltic road, which is the key transport artery for the Bolshevik and other areas adjacent to the Zhevakhova mountain.
