The Svyatoshinsky District Court of Kyiv extended the term of detention of five former employees of the Berkut special forces for two months, accused of killing 48 activists of EuroMaidan in February 2014, according to 112 Ukraine,.

Earlier, the lawyers of the defendants petitioned that their clients during the court sessions were not in the glass module. Since in it they can not communicate with lawyers, which deprives them of the right to defend themselves.
In addition, they asked to select a preventive measure for defendants, not related to detention.
