Observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to resume patrolling the ATU zone on April 25.

"Tomorrow we will resume our work, but with certain restrictions," said Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Ukraine Alexander Khug at a briefing in Kiev on Monday, April 24.

He said that after the explosion of the car with the observers in the occupied part of the Lugansk region, as a result of which the employee was killed SMM, all patrols were recalled to base. On Monday, observers on patrol did not leave.

At the same time, the work of the mission can not be considered interrupted, Hug stressed..

"We have static cameras that allow monitoring around the clock," the deputy head of the OSCE mission explained..



Hug also said that on April 23, observers recorded violations of the silence regime in the ATU zone, but promised to inform them about it later.

The deputy head of the OSCE mission recalled that the organization intends to conduct an internal investigation, and counts on the assistance of the Ukrainian authorities.

Toyota Land Cruiser cars, which were blown up on a mine in ORLO on April 23, will be transported from occupied Luhansk to Kramatorsk, where they are later used to investigate the incident.
