As a result of undermining the OSCE car in Orlo, a US citizen observer died

The observer of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, who died as a result of a patrol car bombing in the area of ??the occupied village of Prishib in the Lugansk region, was a US citizen.

The injuries were received by two observers - citizens of Germany and the Czech Republic. They were taken to a hospital in occupied Lugansk, said Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Ukraine Alexander Khug at a briefing on April 23.



He expressed his condolences to the relatives of the deceased, and also stressed that there should not be mines along the route of the OSCE patrol, since this road was used both by mission and by local civil transport.

According to Hug, the patrol had two cars, the second from the explosion suffered.

"Three other patrol members from the car that was not damaged returned to the SMM base and are safe. Both cars will be seized, "the deputy head of the OSCE said, adding that in connection with the incident," all measures were taken so that patrols in this region could move as safely as possible ".
