The Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for issuing (refusing to issue, revoking) a permit for the import of publishing products that originated or manufactured and / or imported from the territory of the aggressor state, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

According to the decree, the issuance (denial, cancellation) of the permit will be carried out by the State Committee for Television and Radio. In order to obtain a permit for import, a business entity must file a written or paper statement, one copy of the original of the publication that is being imported, or its electronic analogue in PDF format, and the original or a notarized copy of the agreement concluded with the owner of the publication rights, And a review compiled in the state language by a specialist (expert) in the evaluation and characterization of the content of the publication.

Recall that on January 1, 2017, amendments to the laws on restricting access to the Ukrainian market of foreign printed products of anti-Ukrainian content came into effect.

According to the law, publishing products can not be imported into the customs territory of Ukraine, which in its content:.

Is aimed at eliminating Ukraine's independence, changing the constitutional system by violent means, violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, undermining its security, unlawfully seizing state power;.

Propagandizes war, committing terrorist acts;.

Propagandizes communist and / or national-socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes and their symbols;.

Foments inter-ethnic, racial, religious hostility;.

Encroaches on human rights and freedoms;.

Propagandizes the aggressor state, in particular its authorities, representatives of government bodies, cultural workers and other spheres of the aggressor state, which publicly support the occupation of the territory of Ukraine;.

Uses the cartooning of the state symbols of Ukraine (State Emblem, State Flag, National Anthem) in any form.

Does not require the receipt of permission for importation of publishing products, which is imported by citizens in hand luggage or accompanied by luggage a total of not more than ten copies.
