The National Anti-Corruption Bureau conducts a pre-trial investigation of 39 criminal proceedings on the filing of e-declarations, BBC Ukraine reports with reference to the answer to the NABU.
All cases are opened based on the results of checking the declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government.
Among these persons, 12 judges, the prosecutor, the SBU employee, 12 deputies, 2 heads of the RGA, the retired police general, the deputy minister, the AFU officer, 1 head of one of the central executive authorities, the head of the regional executive authority, 2 heads of departments of one of the central Bodies of executive power, deputy head of the local executive authority, head of the customs post, deputy chairman of the regional council, head of the territorial department of justice.
Recall that as of March 31, the NABU carried out pre-trial investigation in 319 criminal proceedings, the amount of damage for which exceeded 85 billion UAH.
