Audi ordered to recall 127 thousand cars

The Federal Office for Motor Inspectorate of Germany (KBA) obliged the car manufacturer Audi to recall 127 thousand cars worldwide, including more than 77 thousand in Germany itself due to the "diesel scandal". It is noted that we are talking about the models A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, SQ5 and Q7, equipped with diesel engine V6 TDI.

They found software that allows you to bypass restrictions on the emission of harmful gases in accordance with the Euro-6 standard. Audi said that for many months, intensively exploring all the concepts of diesel engines regarding possible violations and modernization opportunities, since they cooperate with the relevant German authorities that deal with the issues of the "diesel scandal".
