Many complain that the sending and receiving of messages either works with a delay, or does not work. In addition, some users experience problems with authorization. Problems have affected both the desktop and mobile versions of the service. As noted, Twitter is overwhelmed with reports that the problems affected both Russian and Ukrainian users.

Telegram Administration has not yet commented on the situation. The last major failure in Telegram was recorded in September. Then the users lost the opportunity to exchange messages in private and group chats, but later the service representatives reported on the resumption of work and apologized to the customers for problems. Recall that in the work of the WhatsApp messenger there was a global malfunction, as a result of which it was not available in many countries of the world.
