The London start-up, led by an ex-employee of Credit Suisse, launches a new debit card, which, according to its creators, will allow paying crypto-currencies in any institution, but so far - in the UK.

This writes Business Insider.

The prepaid debit card is called Dragoncard Visa, with its help it will be possible to pay with crypto-currencies - not only bitcoins, but also ethereum, ripple, litecoin and monero, through their conversion into pound sterling.

The card will be attached to the application in the smartphone of its owner through a virtual wallet.

LBX customers will be able not only to pay by card, but also to withdraw cash (pounds sterling at the current rate) at ATMs.

The head of the company and its founder, Ben Dyves, intends with the help of this map to make London a place where investors will benefit from working on the crypto-currency market and "to strengthen confidence in what we consider to be future money".

Note that to date, the London Block Exchange has already received 2 million pounds sterling from a consortium of private investors, whose composition it does not disclose.
