Startup Netsafe released original protection against scams - chatbot Re: Scam.

The development is designed to identify phishing emails in the mail and, imitating people's conversations, to conduct endless correspondence that will force swindlers to stop it sooner or later.

"Hackers will spend their time talking to the computer instead of attacking real people," explained the authors of the development.

The bot can joke, ask leading questions and even make grammatical mistakes to imitate the most realistic communication. Parallel Re: Scam can communicate with a huge number of people.

Also, the bot is able to collect information about scammers and analyze the data received in order to help users not become a victim.
