Spanish Foreign Minister Alfonso Dastis said in an interview with Cope radio about the presence of evidence of the interference of "Russian hackers" in the affairs of the European Union in general and Spain in particular. According to him, these attempts are designed to destabilize the situation in the EU. The minister did not give evidence of his words.
According to Dustis, there are fairly reliable reports that "Russian hackers" are in favor of destabilizing the situation in Europe, as Russia "feels some discomfort" because of the unity of the European Union.
As the minister said, "Russian networks" will be the object of study not only in Spain, but also in the EU. In the future, the EU intends to develop a strategy for "opposing propaganda" directed against its members.
