The National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the sphere of communication and information at the meeting today, October 31, adopted as a basis the draft decision of the NCCR "On Approval of the Methodology for Determining Fees for Access to the Cable Telecommunications Infrastructure".

The document is designed to resolve the issue of establishing by the infrastructure owners of the access facility a reasonable payment for access to the infrastructure of the ESCC.

On September 22 of this year, public consultations on this draft methodology were held with the participation of representatives of telecommunications providers and profile associations.

- In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the principles of the state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity," the draft decision on approving the Methodology and analysis of the regulatory impact will be published on the official website of the NCCR for public discussion,.

As it became known during the meeting, the document will be supplemented with paragraph 7 as follows:.

"Due to the fact that domestic distribution networks have not been placed in the cableway infrastructure of telecommunications, the service of the transit of cable lines in the infrastructure of the cable sewage system of telecommunications is not provided".

Discussion of the document will last until the first of December.
