Oracle cloud services received artificial intelligence

Oracle's cloud applications have obtained artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities that can be used in such areas as finance, human resources, manufacturing, e-commerce, customer service, marketing and sales. This is stated in the message of Oracle.

New applications, called Oracle Adaptive Intelligent Apps, are built into existing cloud services Oracle Cloud Applications (including the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud, Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud and Oracle Customer Experience Cloud) to offer multifunctional modern business applications using AI.

According to Oracle, new functions based on artificial intelligence can optimize financial processes and requirements for technology, reduce costs, upgrade operations and improve the quality of interaction.

Analyzing historical trends and data on business risks, finance and procurement specialists can receive preferential tariffs on accounts, optimize cash flows and create an optimal balance between the buyer and supplier. They can also enrich supplier profiles and offer optimized payment terms in real time. The use of AI also makes it possible to optimize working capital by using better conditions and discounts from suppliers and building reliable relationships that provide more efficient work with suppliers.

In addition, new applications help to improve the management of personnel, provide full information about human resources and improve operational efficiency.

Applying technologies of natural language search and in-depth training when processing summaries and placing vacancy announcements, human resource specialists can find the best candidates. They can determine the probability of success and predict the duration of the cooperation, using information about previous work places and current employee performance, such as fulfilling sales plans or performance ratings.

Finally, new AI-based functions enable marketers to obtain the analytical information necessary to better understand target audiences and optimize bids through the use of consumer and business data.
