CEO of one of the world's largest investment companies BlackRock (the value of assets under management: $ 5.7 trillion), Larry Fink expressed the opinion that the blockbuster has a great potential, but the crypto currency is actively used for money laundering. This writes Business Insider.

In particular, Fink noted that the growth rate of bitcoin, as well as the cumulative market capitalization of the Crypto-currency, is speculative. According to him, the greatest part of the demand for crypto-active is made by the countries of Asia.

"I believe that crypto-currencies are capable of much. I see many opportunities for development, but now it's just a speculative area, "he said..

In general, the head of BlackRock is convinced that crypto-currencies are for the most part a tool for laundering large sums of money.

Nevertheless, the CEO of BlackRock is positive about the idea of ??creating a global digital currency, but prefers not to use a crypto console.
