The new flagship (at the moment) Apple continues to test for reliability and strength in various tests.

The well-known video blogger Jonathan Morrison (Jonathan Morrison) decided to test the new device for watertightness. To do this, he threw iPhone 8 into the very center of the city's fountain and left there for an hour. The blogger also acted with the main competitor of the novelty - Samsung S8.

An hour later, Jonathan took both devices out of the water and checked their operability.

Smartphones demonstrated excellent survival, continuing to work after water procedures.

No problems appeared, the displays responded to touch, the cameras also work, including in video mode.

Recall that the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a protection standard of IP68, the specification for iPhone 8 indicates the degree of IP67 according to IEC 60529, that is, protection from splashes, water and dust.
