Apple sells bonds for $ 5 billion to return capital to investors

American consumer electronics maker Apple has placed bonds to implement the program for the return of capital to investors.

According to Bloomberg, referring to informed sources, Apple sells priority secured bonds worth $ 5 billion, divided into four parts.

This is the sixth case in 2017, when Apple enters the bond market. Earlier, the company issued three bonds for a total of $ 18 billion in the US, $ 1 billion in Taiwan, and also placed bonds denominated in euros and Canadian dollars. Apple is in the process of implementing a $ 300 billion dividend payout and share repurchase program by the end of March 2019. At the moment the program is executed on three quarters.
