The fraudster, who called the mobile victim, introduced himself as an employee of the bank's security service. The unknown informed that someone had withdrawn 980 hryvnas from the pensioner's account. To save the remaining funds, he suggested blocking the card. For this, the unsuspecting man calmly named the last four digits of his account.

The fact that he was a victim of scammers, the pensioner learned only after a visit to the bank branch. At that time, 19902 hryvnia had already been withdrawn from his account.
